This thoughtfully curated package includes:
1 Prenatal Visit, in your home
A dedicated in-person prenatal session where we will connect, discuss your hopes and preferences for birth, go over your personalized birth plan, and prepare emotionally and practically for labor and delivery.Continuous Doula Support + 24/7 On-Call Birth Availability
From the time you hire me through three months postpartum, I am available by phone, text, and email for ongoing guidance, questions, reassurance, and support. Beginning at 37 weeks, I am on-call 24/7 for your birth.When labor begins, my in-person support will start in early labor, often in the comfort of your own home. From there, I remain with you as your birth unfolds—whether we transition together to your hospital or birth center, or stay at home for your planned home birth.
Throughout labor and birth, support may include hands-on comfort measures, counter pressure, movement and positioning, breathing techniques, grounding practices, TENS unit for labor support, emotional reassurance, and partner guidance.
Immediate Postpartum Support
I remain with you for approximately 2 hours after birth, offering support with bonding, feeding, emotional grounding, and the transition into your first moments as a new family.1 Postpartum visit, in your home
A nurturing in-home follow-up to process your birth experience, answer questions, offer emotional and physical support, provide light household help, and support you as you settle into early motherhood.
