One In-Home Prenatal Visit
A dedicated in-person prenatal session where we will connect, discuss your hopes and preferences for birth, create a personalized birth plan, and prepare emotionally and practically for labor and delivery.On-Call Continuous Labor & Birth Support Beginning at 37 Weeks
Continuous support throughout labor and birth, offering a grounded and nurturing presence during every stage of the experience. Support may include comfort measures such as counter pressure, movement and positioning guidance, breathing techniques, TENS unit support, grounding practices, emotional reassurance, and partner support throughout labor.Immediate Postpartum Support
Continued support for 1–2 hours after birth to assist with bonding, emotional grounding, feeding support, and gentle transition into the postpartum space.One In-Home Postpartum Follow-Up Visit
A postpartum in person check-in offered to process your birth experience, light household help, provide emotional and physical support, answer questions, and offer gentle guidance as you settle into early motherhood.
