As a Reiki Master and holistic postpartum practitioner, I offer gentle, heart-centered energy healing sessions designed to support the mind, body, and spirit through every stage of life. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that works to promote relaxation, balance the nervous system, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Many people describe Reiki as deeply calming, grounding, and restorative.
Reiki can be especially supportive during pregnancy by helping mothers feel more connected to themselves, their bodies, and their babies while creating space for relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system support. During the postpartum journey, Reiki may help support emotional well-being, grounding, rest, and energetic recovery as mothers transition into a new chapter of motherhood.
Energy healing sessions may also support those navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fertility journeys, womb healing, menopause, fatigue, grief, or physical tension held within the body. My intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where every type of human feels seen, supported, balanced, and deeply cared for as they reconnect with themselves and their healing journey.
